Techno Spark Granite company is the largest current supplier of natural stone products for chemical resistance applications. Our granite materials have been used in the steel industry for pickling processes for more than 15 year. Granite is suitable for applicatons utilising hydorchloric, sulfuric or nitric acids in high concentrations and elevated temperatures, such as are typically found in pickling bath chemistries.
Granite is composed of minerals that register between 6.0 and 7.0 on the Mohs' Scale of Hardness. This mineralogical composition yeilds extreme resistance to abrasion, making granite the material of choice for high wear regions of pickling line such as floor skids, strip guide pilasters, and skid/weir caps. Utilizing the latest availble technology in diamond-cable contour sawing, Techno spark granite company is capable of supplying the accurately sculpted profiles required to faciltate the self-threading function of push-pull pickling lines.
In additon to the supply of granite components, we offer an extensive array of service option for our industrial customers. Design assistance is available to help you keep your project within your budget while still ensuring quality and long service lives. Shop drawings are available in AutoCAD format to assist you in generating construction documents. Installation of the granite parts can be arranged through our Construction Services Divison. In the unlikely event that they are required, replacement parts are available on an expedited basis to minimize downtime while still ensuring that the replacement part is of the same quality as the original construction.
